The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. About Renate Wesley
As a child I always wanted to draw. I dabbled in art until I was old enough for art college. I attended Ontario College of Art in the late 60's, but never got into the painting at that time. Advertising Art was to be my destiny. As time went on and I mothered 3 kids into adulthood, I had very little time to work with my passion ..painting. Finally 15 years ago I decided to try my hand at what I had yearned for, and amazingly it came to me very easily. Well, it gave me such pleasure to play with the paints, and see what I could do with them. Since then I have never looked back, and continued to paint my favorite things...nature, florals, gardens..anything organic I guess. Trying a few different styles, I still remain an impressionist at...
